     Important tips:

  1. Don’t allow yourself to be sun burned;
  2. Use clothes that will protect you, sunglasses and sunscreen if needed;
  3. If you’re going to travel, prepare your skin, by exposing yourself progressively to sunlight a few days before travelling, till your skin becomes slightly rosy; 
  4. About 20 to 25 minutes daily of sunlight on the face and top part of the hands will produce all vitamin D you need for the day;
  5. When you finish swimming, apply sunscreen again;
  6. Let the sun bathe your house every morning.
