Go to bed and get up always at the same time. Most adults feel well if they sleep seven or eight hours per night. If you have difficulty in falling asleep, don’t rush to take medication for it;
Avoid caffeine and don’t drink alcohol as sedatives. Exercise regularly (but never less than two hours before going to sleep);
Relieve the stress in your life and review your priorities. Take a bath before going to sleep;
Maintain regular schedules;
Solve your daily problems and be aware that your conscience is in peace and your mind is calm.
