1. How are you seated? Is your backbone straight or is it bent? Are your shoulders bent forward?

2. Pay attention to your breathing for a minute. Is it superficial or profound?

3. Do the clothes you are wearing and the chair on which you are seated limit your breathing?

4. Is the room where you are well ventilated with fresh air or is it closed and stuffy?

5. Have you exercised today (or are you still going to do it)?

6. Did you eat much fat today?
