Fruits, a normal and adequately planned intake of a great variety of whole grain cereals and greens and vegetables make up the appropriate diet for our organism. Eat at least 2 raw fruits (including oleaginous and other seeds) and three dosages of vegetables per day, raw or cooked;
Limit the intake of sugar, honey, syrup (molasses), jams, cakes, puffed pastry, cooldrinks and ice-cream. Use very little salt when cooking;
Whoever eats a big breakfast, a good lunch and a small dinner, will feel better and will also contribute for a longer lifespan. We recommend to all those who do not eat meat, that they should supplement their diet with vitamin B12, check regularly their blood levels of this vitamin and see their doctor.
